NON INSULATED GRP PANEL TANK

German Tech insulated panel Tanks are moulded with technical perfection using strict processing method incorporation sand witch construction technique using rigid polyurethane foam as core.German tech insulated panels have a unique shape and design. Bottom panels side panels, distortion,high impact and shock. Panels are capable to withstand both static and dynamic hydraulic pressures and they are manufactured to resist burst pressure several times of working pressure.

GRP CYLINDRICAL TANK

SPECIFICATION

CYLICDRICAL WATER TANK

German Tech GRP cylindrical tanks are specially designed for holding water for drinking and irrigation, and sewage.

SCOPE

This specification covers German Tech GRP atmospheric press cylindrical tanks.

RAW MATERIALS

Resin:

The resin used will be a commercial grade unsaturated polyester resin confirming to BS 4994 (CRYSTIC 123 PA, Palatal P 5 N – Palatal A 430, Norpol resin iso 72 – 80 MEM, Norpol Resin 44 M – 85 MEM etc).

Glass Fibre:

The glass fibre reinforcement used will be commercial E type chopped strand mat glass fibre (PPG CSM 79, Owners Coming, Binani etc) and woven roving confirming to BS 3496 and BS 3749 respectively.

Additives:

Thixotropic agents, catalyst, promoter etc. Will be added as required for the manufacturing process.

GRP LMINATION

GRP INSITUE LAMINATION

Surface veli impregnated with 90-95% resin.

Cglass or alternatively synthetic veli.

2 Plies bonded 450g/32CSM. Preferably with 20 tex strands. Alternatively silan-sized chopped roving impregnated with 70-80% resin. British standard BS 4994-87 Recommends a minimum of 1200g/m2CSM.

GRP MANHOLE LINER

GRP manhole liners are produced either as liner tube or as performed liners of defined length and supplied with integral cover slabs bonded with GRP, to the liner tube.

Reducer cover slabs, access shaft tubes, GRP benching and shuttering, GRP ladders, walkways and handrail systems, insitu GRP lamination to manholes, inspection chambers and other structures are produced as tailor made items in our factory.

INSPECTION CHAMBER

Inspection Chamber unit is supplied as single unit, complete with connecting ports system can be supplied in single or double skin Customized design can be accommodated High chemical resistant rawmaterilas are used.

Resin systems used are Vinylester/Bisphenol Fiberglass in ECR glass or E glass.

COLLECTION CHAMBER

Collection Chamber units are manufactured and delivered as single piece with or without external liner. The unit can have concrete in one pour. No maintenance required lightweight having easy handling and installation very good physical properties.

SEALING PLATE

Sealing plates are manufactured in different sizes to meet the customers’ requirement from project to project.
GULLY POTS

We had supplied GRP pier column for RTA approved projects.
